Zof builds a machine-readable understanding of the enterprise: services, APIs, dependencies, infrastructure, agents, models, policies, evidence, ownership, and history. That context is how Zof knows what a change could affect before it happens.
Independent verification
Zof does not take the proposer’s word for it. It decides what must be proven for each change, runs the verification across nineteen domains, and records the result as evidence.
Evidence and control
Every consequential action leaves proof: what changed, what was verified, which policies applied, who authorized it, and what happened afterward. Policy, not assertion, decides what may proceed.
Model-independent by design
Models are reasoning providers, not the architecture. Zof works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Azure-hosted, customer-approved, and local models, and can run on deterministic systems alone inside air-gapped environments.
