The legal agreement governing your use of the Zof AI platform.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Zof AI platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Zof AI platform and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Zof AI provides an autonomous reliability infrastructure platform that includes:
- AI-powered testing agents across 19+ categories
- System Graph for architectural understanding
- Automated test generation and execution
- Dashboard and reporting tools
- API access and integrations
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Services for competitive analysis without permission

5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Zof AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any content you submit to the Services.
You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
6. Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOF AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zof AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
