Sales Engineer

Compensation
GHS 6,500-13,000 base / month

Responsibilities
- Support technical product demos.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product insight.
- Explain technical AI concepts clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams.
- Help prepare demos, technical collateral, and customer-facing materials.
- Capture objections, requirements, and market feedback.
- Support sales conversations with technical credibility.
- Help shape how Zof AI communicates product value.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical curiosity and ability to understand AI products.
- Comfort speaking with customers.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- High ownership.
- Willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, developer tools, QA, enterprise software, or technical sales.
- Experience running demos.
- Experience with customer discovery.
- Technical background or ability to read technical documentation.
- Strong writing ability.
