Zof AI is hiring a small number of exceptional people to help build world-class AI products.
We are currently hiring across two locations: San Francisco and Accra. Each location is designed for high-agency people who want to work with intensity, use the best AI tools available, and contribute directly to the development of ambitious AI systems.
In Accra, we are building a focused, hacker-house-inspired environment where selected team members can live and build together with major daily needs supported. The goal is to remove distractions and create the conditions for exceptional work.
In San Francisco, we are building close to the center of the AI ecosystem, with proximity to customers, partners, technical leaders, and frontier product development.
Across both locations, the standard is the same: high ownership, strong discipline, fast learning, clear communication, and a deep commitment to building products that matter.

Zof AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build advanced AI products and infrastructure. This role is for a highly capable engineer who can operate across the stack, work through ambiguity, make strong technical decisions, and build production-quality systems with speed and discipline. The ideal candidate is AI-native, deeply technical, and comfortable using modern AI tools to increase engineering velocity without compromising quality.
$180k-$230k / year
