GHS 6,000-12,000 / month

About this role
Zof AI is seeking an Operations Lead / Chief of Staff to help the company run well as it grows. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role spanning operations, hiring support, planning, and execution: building the systems and rhythms that let a small, ambitious team move fast. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable owning the unglamorous work that keeps a company sharp.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the operating rhythms that keep the team focused and fast.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and people operations.
- Own planning, reporting, and follow-through across the company.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and leadership.
- Set up and improve internal systems, tools, and processes.
- Handle finance, vendor, and administrative operations where needed.
- Run the hybrid human plus AI-agent operating model: how agent teammates are provisioned, supervised, and measured alongside people.
- Use AI tools to streamline operations and reporting.
- Take on high-priority problems and drive them to resolution.
