This role is designed for builders who want to grow quickly, work closely with senior engineers, use AI tools deeply, and contribute to meaningful product development from the beginning.
Responsibilities
- Build product features with guidance from senior engineers.
- Use AI tools to accelerate learning and execution.
- Contribute to frontend, backend, testing, and internal tooling.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Improve through fast feedback and disciplined practice.
- Document work clearly.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver with consistency.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Evidence of projects, internships, open-source work, or self-directed learning.
- High learning velocity.
- Strong curiosity about AI and software products.
- Willingness to use AI tools deeply.
- Clear communication.
- Discipline and reliability.
- Ability to work in a high-performance environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Prisma, Postgres, or similar technologies.
- Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
- Portfolio or GitHub projects.
- Interest in AI agents, testing, quality automation, or developer tools.
