Developer Advocate
Zof AI is hiring for this role in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who want to contribute directly to the development of ambitious AI products in a high-performance environment.
Must be able to understand, build with, and clearly explain technical AI products to a developer audience.
Compensation
GHS 5,000-10,000 / month

About this role
Zof AI is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the bridge between our product and the developers who use it. This role combines technical credibility with strong communication: building demos and examples, creating technical content, engaging with the community, and bringing developer feedback back into the product. The ideal candidate can code, explain clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping other builders succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build demos, sample projects, and technical examples that show real value.
- Create technical content: tutorials, guides, talks, and posts.
- Engage with the developer community and support builders using Zof AI.
- Bring developer feedback back to product and engineering.
- Represent Zof AI in technical conversations, online and in person.
- Use AI tools to build and communicate faster.
- Help shape how Zof AI presents itself to a technical audience.
- Champion a great developer experience across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Ability to write code and build working examples.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Genuine interest in developer tools and AI products.
- Comfort explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong ownership and initiative.
- Ability to create content consistently.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to use AI tools deeply.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Prior developer relations, advocacy, or community experience.
- Experience creating tutorials, talks, or technical videos.
- An existing presence in a technical community.
