Account Executive
Zof AI is hiring for this role in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who want to contribute directly to the development of ambitious AI products in a high-performance environment.
Must be able to sell a technical AI product credibly and use AI agents to run a leveraged sales motion.
Compensation
GHS 4,000-8,000 base / month
Plus meaningful equity · Base plus commission · Plus full living package (housing, meals, equipment, and wellness, where applicable)
About this role
Zof AI is seeking an Account Executive to own long, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first conversation to signed contract. This is agent-augmented selling: AI handles research, account intelligence, and follow-up so the AE spends their time on relationships, navigation, and closing. The ideal candidate has closed enterprise software deals, is credible with technical and executive buyers alike, and wants to help define a repeatable sales motion rather than inherit one.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise deals end to end: prospecting through close.
- Navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Build pipeline with agent leverage for research, intelligence, and follow-up.
- Partner with sales engineering for technical proof at the right moments.
- Forecast honestly and manage a disciplined pipeline.
- Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise buyers.
- Feed market and competitive signal back to product and leadership.
- Help build the repeatable playbook for enterprise sales at Zof AI.
Requirements
- Experience closing enterprise software deals.
- Credibility with both technical evaluators and executive buyers.
- Strong discovery, navigation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to use AI agents deeply in the sales motion.
- Disciplined pipeline and forecast hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High ownership and resilience.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI, developer tools, QA, or infrastructure software.
- Experience in founder-led or first-AE sales environments.
- Experience selling into engineering or IT leadership.
- A track record of building territory from scratch.
